At our company, we acknowledge and respect the diverse requirements of various businesses. As such, we maintain a flexible approach to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ). For products ready to be shipped immediately, we accommodate orders as small as a single piece. In the case of custom orders – ones that bear your distinctive designs or logos – we maintain a MOQ of just two pieces.
Our process for customized carpets is meticulous, comprehensive, and scientifically guided, encompassing six key steps:
Design Submission: Clients initiate the process by providing us with their unique, customized design images.
Sample Generation: In response, we create a physical sample that embodies your design concept and send it for your review.
Sample Approval & Deposit: Upon your confirmation of the sample’s quality and fidelity to the original design, a deposit is made to secure the order.
Inspection Request or File Submission: Subsequently, we lodge an inspection request or submit the necessary documentation, ensuring all procedural boxes are ticked.
Production and Shipment: The confirmed designs are brought to life in our production line, followed by careful packaging and prompt shipment of the order.
Order Completion: Upon receiving the goods and confirming their satisfactory condition, the client pays the outstanding balance.
